1. Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available once an order has been placed.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless stated otherwise)
  • Customized or altered products
  • Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Share your order ID, product details, and reason for exchange
  3. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process

Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • If the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the shipping cost
  • If the exchange is due to size or preference change, shipping charges (if any) may be borne by the customer

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Policy Updates

Venuz reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
